The product under the name MICROSPHERE is not subject to the Regulations of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 21 January 1997 on chemical substances posing a threat to life, health or natural environment (Dz. U. of 10 September 1997) and the amendment to the above-mentioned Regulation – Dz. U. 99.26.241 of 18 February 1999 (Dz. U. of 30 March 1999).

Microsphere, as a building material, meets the provisions of the Regulation of the Council of Minister of 3 December 2002 (Dz. U. No. 22, item 1850 of 2002) – our company has applied to the National Institute of Hygiene for a grant of the Hygienic Attestation.

„Microsphere from fly ashes” has been pre-registered in REACH-IT system:
